If the items you’ve purchased aren’t quite right for you, we offer a solution.
You may return any item within 7 days of purchase (certain exceptions apply*) in exchange for RRRTS shopping credits. Each item can only be returned once, and the shopping credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance. Returned items must be unwashed, with hangtags intact and unremoved.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are processed in the same manner as returns. For a quick exchange, please visit our main store located at OUE Downtown Gallery.
Return Steps:
1. Initiate Return
Visit www.rrrts.com.sg/a/return to start your return process.
2. Submit Application
Fill in the relevant details and submit your return request.
3. Review
Our team will review your return request within 7 working days and notify you of the result via email.
4. Mail
Upon approval, mail the item to our main store at OUE Downtown Gallery within 7 days. All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5. Credit Issuance
Once our team confirms that the item meets the return conditions, we will issue the corresponding RRRTS shopping credits to you.

The following items are not eligible for return: all personalized products. All purchase-with-purchase items must be returned as a complete order.
